Ivalo / Kakslauttanen
A fronzen winter wonderland, it is the very first time we experienced snow. The short daytime is also wonderous. Sometimes it felt like the sun was still asleep at times. But despite the wonder of snow, it can get quite deafening at times. Silence, it roars in the snow as trees line as far as the eye can see.
A small and quiet town, although i forgot to take a picture of her. But no less, its serenity was a delight to take things down a notch to enjoy the artic.
Helsinki
Out of the artic forest, Helsinki was a familiar sight as we enter an urban environment. Despite that, the capital still felt quaint with their light traffic and low buildings. The abundant atmospheric headspace gave us plenty of relaxation and friendly neighbourhood could not have made no less a wonderful experience.
